Prisma cards are evaluated using a structured 1 to 10 grading scale and four primary assessment categories: centering, corners, edges, and surface. Final grades are assigned after full visual review and internal quality confirmation.
Core grading factors

Centering
Assessment of print alignment, border balance, and visual symmetry on the front and back of the card.
Corners
Review of corner sharpness, wear, fraying, bends, and overall corner integrity.
Edges
Inspection of edge wear, whitening, chipping, foil edge defects, and handling marks.
Surface
Analysis of scratches, print lines, dents, stains, gloss interruption, and general surface presentation.
